Housekeepers at your property can use the Mews Operations housekeeping app, to view all spaces that you assign to them. They can also update a space's status after cleaning or inspection.

To assign spaces to your housekeepers:

  1. In Mews Operations, on the dashboard click Space status. You can learn more about the Space status report here.
  2. Click on the image.png Assign spaces to employees icon. 
  3. In the Filter spaces section, you can filter down the list of spaces by Space types, Status and Floor.
  4. In the Assign filtered spaces section, under Assignee, type in the name of the housekeeper to select the one you want to assign.
  5. From the Spaces drop down, select the individual spaces you want to assign. You can select all spaces by clicking on Select allNote: You can only see spaces that match the Space types, Status, or Floor criteria that you select in the Filter spaces section.
  6. Click Assign.


Note: You can only replace an assignee and not remove.
