Hardware Setup Guide for Mews POS

To use Mews POS you must first connect and configure applicable hardware. This includes the devices you use to access Mews POS, payment terminals, and printers. When you configure Mews POS you can use all Mews POS features, and additional hardware, such as payment terminals to take payments or printers to print order tickets and receipts. Mews POS recommends you configure hardware before taking live orders. You must first configure any Android devices and then configure any additional hardware.

 

To configure hardware for Mews POS:

1. Install and configure Mews POS on your Android devices.
2. Ensure your network is configured correctly.
3. Connect and activate any Mews Payment Terminals.
4. Connect any network printers.
