To cancel a checked-in reservation:
Step 1: Undo check-in
- Go to the Status tab on the reservation screen.
- Navigate to the Undo check-in section.
- Provide a reason for the action.
- Click Undo.
Step 2: Cancel the reservation
- On the same screen, go to the Cancellation section (which appears after undoing the check-in).
- Select the reason for the cancellation.
- Select if you want to apply the cancellation fee or send a cancellation email to the customer/booker.
- Click Cancel.
