How to cancel a checked-in reservation?

To cancel a checked-in reservation:


Step 1: Undo check-in

  1. Go to the Status tab on the reservation screen.
  2. Navigate to the Undo check-in section.
  3. Provide a reason for the action.
  4. Click Undo.

 

 

Step 2: Cancel the reservation

  1. On the same screen, go to the Cancellation section (which appears after undoing the check-in).
  2. Select the reason for the cancellation.
  3. Select if you want to apply the cancellation fee or send a cancellation email to the customer/booker.
  4. Click Cancel.
