Guests can confirm or cancel their optional reservations using the Mews Online Guest Services by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Reservation quotation email received when creating the optional reservation.
  2. Click on Confirm or cancel reservation to be redirected to the Online Guest Services. 
  3. Click on the Confirm reservation button or the Cancel reservation button.
  4. Click Submit.
