How to enable or disable the invoiceable option for a profile?

To issue an invoice, the invoiceable option has to be enabled in the customer or company profile. 

 

How to enable or disable the invoiceable option for a customer?

 

  1. Go to the customer profile.
  2. Navigate to the Internals tab.
  3. Under Options, choose if you want the profile to be invoiceable or not by ticking or unticking the box.

 

How to enable or disable the invoiceable option for a company?

 

  1. Go to the company profile.
  2. Navigate to the Additional info tab.
  3. Under Options, choose if you want the profile to be invoiceable or not by ticking or unticking the box.

 

 

If you need the option to be inactive by default, contact Mews Support to disable it for you. Bear in mind that this applies only to profiles created after Support confirms the change.

 

Note: if you have a group of properties, the option is disabled for all of them since profiles are shared.
