Why can't I see my email template?

All email templates are shown in the default language you selected in your property settings. If you can't find a specific template, you are probably looking for it in a different language.

 

To find all your email templates, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to Main Menu > Settings > Property > Guest experience > Mail templates.
  2. Find the template and click on Edit.
  3. In the Add translation field, choose All.
