Go-live day is the day your property starts running real operations in Mews. This day comes at the end of a successful onboarding period. There are certain reports, screens and ledgers in Mews which are important to use after going live. These reports support your daily operations, payment validation and business performance monitoring. You can access them directly in the Mews Dashboard.

Reservation and guest management reports
- The Reservation overview report: Obtain a complete overview of all bookings on a particular day or within a time period. See guest details, stay dates, and current statuses to help with guest management and service.
- The Reservation report: See all bookings and reservation details. You can analyze guest types, booking sources, and revenue distribution. This is useful in reviewing how you book guests and identifying early trends after Go Live.
- The Reservation sources report: Track performance of different booking channels, to help you refine marketing strategies and drive direct bookings.
Operational reports
- The Space status report: Housekeeping and front office teams can use this report to monitor space statuses and plan cleaning schedules.
- The Availability & occupancy report: Monitor real-time room inventory and occupancy levels. You can use this report to identify potential overbookings or unassigned rooms.
- The Product checklist: Ensure your property is delivering all booked products and extras to guests. This helps operational teams fulfill upsell commitments and manage inventory.
Payments and revenue management reports
- The Payment report: Use this report to track all payments and identify discrepancies or issues with payment methods. This is useful when validating payment automation after go-live.
- The Cashier screen: Review cash drawer balances and ensure you balance and close all cash movements.
- The Payout report: Review all the payments the system transfers to your bank accounts. Use this report to reconcile payouts and detect missing or delayed funds.
- The Bills and invoices report: This report provides an overview of all issued invoices and closed bills.
- The Accounting ledger: Access all open invoices and pending payments. This ledger supports credit control by helping ensure you collect all outstanding amounts on time.
- The Accounting report: Summarize income and expenses within a specific period. Use this report for financial reconciliation, revenue categorization and preparing accounting statements.
Business and product performance reports
- The Manager report: Overview current and upcoming business, including occupancy, revenue and reservation trends. This report is useful for management to forecast peak periods.
- The Product report: Analyze sales of additional products or services. You can also review upsell strategies and optimize extra revenue opportunities.
