You can use calendar events to mark public holidays, special events, or any other occasion relevant to your property's operations.
Note:
- This feature is not available for Mews starter subscription.
- You need the Manage property settings permission to create, modify or delete calendar events.
In this article you can learn about how to:
Create a calendar event
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Settings > Property.
- Click Calendar events.
- Click the
+button. - Enter the name of the event as well as the Start and End date and time of the event.
- Click Create.
After you create a calendar event, it is visible on the Timeline and the Rate management screen, in the Availability & occupancy report, and on your availability blocks dashboard.
Modify a calendar event
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Settings > Property.
- Click Calendar events.
- Click on the event you want to modify.
- Update event details.
- Click Save.
Delete a calendar event
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Settings > Property.
- Click Calendar events.
- Click on the event you want to delete.
- Click the
icon.
- Confirm by clicking Delete.
