Create, modify or delete a calendar event

You can use calendar events to mark public holidays, special events, or any other occasion relevant to your property's operations.

Create a calendar event

  1. In Mews Operations, go to the main menu Menu arrow right   > Settings > Property.
  2. Click Calendar events.
  3. Click the + button.
  4. Enter the name of the event as well as the Start and End date and time of the event. 
  5. Click Create.

After you create a calendar event, it is visible on the Timeline and the Rate management screen, in the Availability & occupancy report, and on your availability blocks dashboard.
 

Modify a calendar event

  1. In Mews Operations, go to the main menu Menu arrow right  > Settings > Property.
  2. Click Calendar events.
  3. Click on the event you want to modify.
  4. Update event details.
  5. Click Save.
 

Delete a calendar event

  1. In Mews Operations, go to the main menu Menu arrow right  > Settings > Property.
  2. Click Calendar events.
  3. Click on the event you want to delete.
  4. Click the image.png icon.
  5. Confirm by clicking Delete.
