How to delete past Out of Order (OOO) blocks?

It is not possible to delete an Out of Order block in the past as this would affect the occupancy and availability reports.

 

However, the block can be shortened to make the space available. To shorten an Out of Order block, follow these steps:

 

1. Go to the Timeline. 
2. Click on the out of order block.
3. Click on Edit.
4. Change the End date.
5. Click Save.
